ÇiMLER ÜSTÜNDE DANS 21. KEZ DÜZENLENDİ
Koru Rotary Kulübü tarafından 21’incsi düzenlenen; geliri çocuk sağlığı ve eğitim projelerine aktarılan geleneksel Çimler Üstünde Dans gecesine İngiltere Büyükelçiliği ev sahipliği yaptı.
İngiltere’nin Ankara Büyükelçisi Jill Morris’in himayesinde düzenlenen geceye Koru Rotary Kulübü Başkanı Hasan Kütükoğlu ile Erhan Yalçın ev sahipliği yaptı. Gecenin açılış konuşmasını yapan Büyükelçi Morris, böylesine bir yardım gecesine ev sahipliği yapmaktan dolayı duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirdi. Hasan Kütükoğlu ise Rotary’nin özellikle çocuklara yönelik projeleriyle dünya genelinde yardım kampanyaları yürüttüğünü belirterek, “Birçok kişiye sizler sayesinde dokunduk. Her birlikte dünyaya umut olalım” dedi. Ankara Modern Orkestrası’nın sahne aldığı gecede katılımcılar, müzikler eşliğinde dans edip eğlendi.

The 21st edition of Dancing on the Grass was held
Hosted by the Koru Rotary Club for the 21st time, the traditional Dancing on the Grass evening, with proceeds benefiting children’s health and education projects, was hosted by the British Embassy in Ankara Turkiye.
Hosted by Hasan Kütükoğlu and Erhan Yalçın, the evening, organized under the patronage of the British Ambassador to Ankara, Jill Morris, commenced with an opening speech by Ambassador Morris expressing her delight in hosting such a charity event. Hasan Kütükoğlu emphasized Rotary’s global humanitarian campaigns, particularly those aimed at children, stating, “Thanks to you, we have touched many lives. Let’s bring hope to the world together.”
Participants at the evening, featuring performances by the Ankara Modern Orchestra, enjoyed dancing and entertainment accompanied by music.
