İSTANBUL’DA ÇOK ÖZEL GASTRONOMİ GECESİ

İstanbul’da gerçekleştirilen gastronomi gecesinde özel davetliler biraraya geldi. “Ultimate Experience” isimli özel davette 2 Michelin yıldızlı Şef David Bizet ’in hazırladığı lezzetler sunuldu. 

The Peninsula Istanbul’daki gastronomi gecesinde Paris’ten gelen 2 Michelin yıldızlı Şef David Bizet ’in hazırladığı menünün sunumu yapıldı. “Ultimate Experience” gecesi, Pernod Ricard Afrika & Orta Doğu Genel Müdürü Selçuk Tümay ve Evin Tümay, The Peninsula Istanbul Genel Müdürü Jonathan H.Crook ve Beliz Crook olmak üzere Yelda – Hakan Tiftik, Ahu Orakçıoğlu, Ayşegül – Hakan Kodal, Bengi Kurtcebe, Jülide – Mehmet Ali Berkman, Eda-Ömür Tan, Pınar Hacıarifoğlu, Moris Kohen, Çiğdem Salvino Erkmen, Sinan Dallı, Tülay – İbrahim Dölen gibi iş, moda, sanat dünyasından isimleri bir araya getirdi.

Dört yılda bir takvimlerde yer almasıyla yılın en özel tarihi olan 29 Şubat akşamı The Peninsula Istanbul’de gerçekleşen davete katılanlar benzersiz bir deneyim yaşadı. Gecede, 2 Michelin yıldızlı Şef David Bizet ilk kez İstanbul’da bir davet için özel bir menü oluştururken, misafirlere benzersiz bir gastronomik deneyim sundu. Manuş-u Ala’nın müzik performansıyla renklenen davet, misafirlerine unutulmaz bir gece yaşatırken, etkileyici atmosferiyle şıklık ve lezzetin mükemmel uyumunu gözler önüne sererek keyifli anlar yaşattı.

İlhamını İskoçya’dan alan Brothers’daki gecede, özel bir menü oluşturan Normandiya’lı Şef David Bizet, büyükanne ve büyükbabasının çiftliğinde geçirdiği dönemde tarıma ve yemek yapmaya erken yaşlarda merak saldı.

Profesyonel hayatına 1993 yılında Lycée Hôtelier de Granville Maurice Marland’den mezun olduktan sonra, Four Seasons George V’deki Le Cinq restoranda asistan şef olarak başladı. 18 yıllık deneyimin ardından 2014 yılında Le V restoranda şeflik görevini üstlendi ve 2017 yılında, yine şefi olduğu L’orangerie’de ilk Michelin yıldızını aldı. Şef Bizet, 2018 yılında Paris’in ünlü Le Taillevent restoranının ekibine katıldı ve Ocak 2020’de ikinci Michelin yıldızını aldı. 2020 yılı Haziran ayında The Peninsula Paris otel ekibine Yönetici Şef pozisyonuyla katılan Şef David Bizet, en taze ve en benzersiz mevsimsel malzemelere olan karakteristik odağıyla, Paris’in en yaratıcı şeflerinden biri olarak tanınıyor.

At the gastronomy night held in Istanbul, special guests gathered to experience the menu prepared by 2 Michelin-starred Chef David Bizet from Paris. The “Ultimate Experience” event, hosted at The Peninsula Istanbul, brought together names from the business, fashion, and art worlds, including Selçuk Tümay, Evin Tümay, Jonathan H. Crook, Beliz Crook, Yelda – Hakan Tiftik, Ahu Orakçıoğlu, Ayşegül – Hakan Kodal, Bengi Kurtcebe, Jülide – Mehmet Ali Berkman, Eda-Ömür Tan, Pınar Hacıarifoğlu, Moris Kohen, Çiğdem Salvino Erkmen, Sinan Dallı, Tülay – İbrahim Dölen.

The event, which took place at The Peninsula Istanbul on the unique date of February 29, marked the most special day of the year with a four-year interval. Guests attending the dinner, where 2 Michelin-starred Chef David Bizet created a special menu for the first time in Istanbul, enjoyed an unparalleled gastronomic experience. The evening, enriched by the musical performance of Manuş-u Ala, provided an unforgettable experience, showcasing the perfect harmony of elegance and taste in its impressive atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from Scotland at the Brothers event, Normandy-born Chef David Bizet, who created a special menu, developed an early interest in farming and cooking during his time on his grandparents’ farm.

After graduating from Lycée Hôtelier de Granville Maurice Marland in 1993, he began his professional career as an assistant chef at Le Cinq restaurant at Four Seasons George V. After 18 years of experience, he took on the role of head chef at Le V restaurant in 2014 and received his first Michelin star at L’orangerie in 2017. Chef Bizet joined the team of Paris’s renowned Le Taillevent restaurant in 2018 and earned his second Michelin star in January 2020. Joining The Peninsula Paris hotel team as Executive Chef in June 2020, Chef David Bizet is known as one of Paris’s most creative chefs with a characteristic focus on the freshest and most unique seasonal ingredients.
