KORU ROTARY’DEN DANSLI YARDIM GECESİ

Koru Rotary Kulübü tarafından düzenlenen geleneksel Çimenler Üstünde Dans gecesi’nin 22’ncisine İtalya’nın Ankara Büyükelçiliği ev sahipliği yaptı. Geleneksel olarak düzenlenen gecede elde edilen gelir, çocukların sağlık ve eğitimine odaklanan projelere gidecek.

22. Çimler Üstünde Dans etkinliği, İtalya’nın Türkiye Büyükelçisi Giorgio Marrapodi’nin himayesinde yapıldı. Gecenin sunuculuğunu Erhan Yalçın üstlendi. Koru Rotary Kulübü Başkanı Sibel Tonguç ve kulüp üyelerinin bulunduğu bahçeye kurulan sahnede açılış konuşmasında Büyükelçi Marrapodi, böyle bir yardım etkinliğini desteklemekten duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirdi. Sibel Tonguç ise konuşmasında, Rotary’nin küresel yardım girişimlerine, özellikle çocukların refahına odaklanan projelere olan bağlılığını vurguladı.

Konuşmaların ardından gecenin düzenlenmesine destek verenlere teşekkür plaketleri verildi. Plaket töreninin ardından ise sıra müzik ve dansa geldi. Sahneye çıkan Canto Orkestrası şarkılarla katılımcılara eğlence sundu ve müzik dolu bir gece yaşattı. Katılımcılar gecenin adına yakışır bir şekilde piste çıkarak dans ettiler.

The 22nd traditional Dance on the Grass night, organized by the Koru Rotary Club, was hosted by the Italian Embassy in Ankara. The proceeds from this event, held annually, will go towards projects focused on children’s health and education.

The event took place under the patronage of Giorgio Marrapodi, the Italian Ambassador to Turkey. Erhan Yalçın served as the host for the evening. In his opening speech on the stage set up in the garden, where Koru Rotary Club President Sibel Tonguç and club members were present, Ambassador Marrapodi expressed his pleasure in supporting such a charitable event. Sibel Tonguç, in her speech, emphasized Rotary’s commitment to global humanitarian initiatives, particularly those focusing on the welfare of children.

After the speeches, plaques of appreciation were presented to those who supported the organization of the event. Following the award ceremony, it was time for music and dance. The Canto Orchestra took the stage, entertaining the attendees with lively songs and creating a night filled with music. Participants danced on the floor, truly living up to the spirit of the evening.
