ALMAN BiRLiĞi GÜNÜ ANKARA’DA KUTLANDI

Alman Birliği Günü’nün 33’üncü yılı, Almanya’nın Ankara Büyükelçiliği’nde düzenlenen resepsiyonla kutlandı. Resepsiyonda ev sahipliğini Almanya’nın Ankara Büyükelçisi Jürgen Schulz ve Eşi Sheila Stanton ev sahipliği yaptı. Dışişleri Bakan Yardımcısı ve AB Başkanı Büyükelçi Mehmet Kemal Bozay Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’ni temsilen resepsiyonda yer aldı.

Almanya Büyükelçiliği’ndeki resepsiyonun başlangıcında Ev Sahibi Büyükelçi konukları karşıladı. Büyükelçilik bahçesindeki resepsiyonda siyaset ve iş dünyasının yanı sıra yabancı misyon temsilcileri olmak üzere yaklaşım bin katılımcı yer aldı.

Resepsiyon iki ülke milli marşlarının okunmasının ardından başladı. Milli marşların okunmasının ardından Büyükelçi Jürgen Schulz ve ardından Bakan Yardımcısı Mehmet Kemal Bozay konuşma yaptı.

TÜRKİYE’YE MİNNETTARIZ

Büyükelçi Jürgen Schulz Türkiye’nin Almanya için stratejik öneme sahip bir ortak olduğunu vurgulayarak, Ukrayna-Rusya savaşında, Montrö Sözleşmesi’nin akıllıca uygulanması ve Karadeniz tahıl girişimi konusundaki çabaları için Türkiye’ye minnettar olduklarını söyledi.

ALMANYA ÖNEMLİ BİR ORTAK

Dışişleri Bakan Yardımcısı Bozay, Türkiye’de 6 Şubat depreminin ardından Almanya’nın gösterdiği dayanışmanın, iki milleti birbirine bağlayan güçlü bağların gerçek bir kanıtı olduğunu söyledi. Bozay ayrıca “Berlin duvarı yıkılmış olsa bile bugün Avrupa’da başka duvarlar yükselmekte. Almanya’nın birliği sağlandı, doğu ve batı Almanya birleşti; ancak Avrupa’nın birliği için hala katedilecek çok yol var. Türkiye, AB’ye tam üye olmadan Avrupa’nın birliğinin tamamlanmayacağına inanıyoruz” diye konuştu.

DER TAG DER DEUTSCHEN EINHEIT WURDE IN ANKARA GEFEIERT

Der 33. Tag der Deutschen Einheit wurde mit einem Empfang in der Deutschen Botschaft in Ankara gefeiert. Die Gastgeber des Empfangs waren der Botschafter Deutschlands in Ankara, Jürgen Schulz, und seine Ehefrau Sheila Stanton. An dem Empfang nahm auch der stellvertretende Außenminister und EU-Präsident Botschafter Mehmet Kemal Bozay teil, um die Republik Türkei zu vertreten.

Zu Beginn des Empfangs in der Deutschen Botschaft begrüßte Botschafter Jürgen Schulz die Gäste. Etwa tausend Gäste, darunter Vertreter aus Politik und Wirtschaft sowie ausländische Missionen, nahmen an dem Empfang im Garten der Botschaft teil.

Nach dem Abspielen der Nationalhymnen beider Länder hielten Botschafter Jürgen Schulz und anschließend Staatssekretär Mehmet Kemal Bozay Ansprachen.

WIR SIND DER TÜRKEI DANKBAR

Botschafter Jürgen Schulz betonte die strategische Bedeutung der Türkei als Partner für Deutschland und drückte seine Dankbarkeit für die Bemühungen der Türkei im Ukraine-Russland-Konflikt, bei der klugen Umsetzung des Montreux-Abkommens und bei der Schwarzmeer-Getreideinitiative aus.

DEUTSCHLAND IST EIN WICHTIGER PARTNER

Außenminister Staatssekretär Bozay sagte, die Solidarität Deutschlands nach dem Erdbeben am 6. Februar in der Türkei sei ein starkes Zeichen für die engen Bindungen zwischen den beiden Völkern. Bozay sagte auch: „Auch wenn die Berliner Mauer gefallen ist, entstehen heute in Europa neue Mauern. Deutschland hat seine Einheit erreicht, Ost- und Westdeutschland sind vereint, aber für die Einheit Europas gibt es noch viel zu tun. Wir glauben, dass die Einheit Europas erst vollständig sein wird, wenn die Türkei Vollmitglied der EU ist.”

THE GERMAN UNITY DAY CELEBRATED IN ANKARA

The 33rd anniversary of German Unity Day was celebrated with a reception held at the German Embassy in Ankara. The hosts of the reception were Ambassador Jürgen Schulz of Germany in Ankara and his wife Sheila Stanton. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and EU President Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay also attended the reception to represent the Republic of Turkey.

At the beginning of the reception at the German Embassy, Ambassador Jürgen Schulz welcomed the guests. Approximately a thousand guests, including representatives from politics and business as well as foreign missions, attended the reception in the embassy’s garden.

After the playing of the national anthems of both countries, Ambassador Jürgen Schulz and then Deputy Minister Mehmet Kemal Bozay delivered speeches.

WE ARE GRATEFUL TO TURKEY

Ambassador Jürgen Schulz emphasized the strategic importance of Turkey as a partner for Germany and expressed gratitude for Turkey’s efforts in the Ukraine-Russia conflict, in the smart implementation of the Montreux Agreement, and in the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

GERMANY IS AN IMPORTANT PARTNER

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bozay stated that Germany’s solidarity following the earthquake on February 6 in Turkey is a strong indication of the close ties between the two peoples. Bozay also said, “Even though the Berlin Wall has fallen, new walls are emerging in Europe today. Germany has achieved its unity, East and West Germany are united, but there is still much to do for the unity of Europe. We believe that the unity of Europe will only be complete when Turkey becomes a full member of the EU.”
