CAPRi’NiN 130 YILLIK LEZZET MİRASI AURORA DMARiS BAY’DA
Capri Adası’nın köklü restoranı Aurora, 130 yıllık lezzet mirasını bu yaz D Maris Bay’e taşıyor. İtalyan mutfağının klasiklerini modern dokunuşlarla sunan restoran, Capri’nin sıcak atmosferini Türkiye’de yaşatmayı hedefliyor.
1890’larda Maria Grazia De Luca tarafından kurulan Aurora, zamanla aristokratlar ve Hollywood yıldızları da dahil olmak üzere geniş bir müdavim kitlesine ulaştı. Jackie Kennedy, Giorgio Armani ve Truman Capote gibi ünlü isimlerin de uğrak yeri haline gelen restoran, şimdi D Maris Bay’de misafirlerini ağırlamaya hazırlanıyor.
Restoranın imza lezzeti “Pizza all’Acqua”, 1950’lerde Gennaro D’Alessio’nun babası tarafından yaratılan hafif ve ince hamurlu bir pizza. Mia D’Alessio ve Şef Franco’nun yorumuyla sunulacak bu lezzet, Aurora’nın köklü mirasını modern bir anlayışla birleştiriyor.

Şef Franco Aversa ise Akdeniz mutfağının taze malzemeleriyle Türkiye’deki ürünlerin uyumundan etkilendiğini belirterek, kusursuz bir gastronomi deneyimi sunmayı hedeflediklerini ifade etti.

The iconic Capri restaurant Aurora is bringing its 130-year culinary heritage to D Maris Bay this summer. Combining the classics of Italian cuisine with modern touches, the restaurant aims to recreate the warm atmosphere of Capri in Turkey.
Established in the 1890s by Maria Grazia De Luca, Aurora has over time attracted a loyal clientele, including aristocrats and Hollywood stars. A favorite spot for celebrities like Jackie Kennedy, Giorgio Armani, and Truman Capote, the restaurant is now preparing to welcome guests at D Maris Bay.
The restaurant’s signature dish, “Pizza all’Acqua” is a light, thin-crust pizza created in the 1950s by Gennaro D’Alessio’s father. Presented with a modern twist by Mia D’Alessio and Chef Franco, this dish blends Aurora’s rich heritage with contemporary culinary artistry.
Mia D’Alessio, the third-generation representative of Aurora, stated, “Aurora is not just a restaurant for us; it’s a way of life and a symbol of a deep-rooted tradition.
