Kore Kültür Merkezi tarafından düzenlenen Kore Yemekleri Haftası öncesinde Ankara Hilton Oteli’nde düzelenen etkinlikte Koreli Şefler Kore yemekleri tanıttı. Tanıtım amaçlı düzenlenen etkinlikte Kore’ye özgü lezzetleri hazırlandı.

Tanıtım etkinliğinde konuşan Kore Kültür Merkezi Genel Müdürü Seung-cheol Jeon, bir çok Kore kültür içeriği gibi Kore mutfağı da dünyada ve Türkiye’de trend oldu. Kore mutfağı sadece geleneksel ürünler değil aynı zamanda bir kültürel içeriktir. Medyada popüler hale gelen Jjapaguri, Kore usulü tavuk, acı ramen, Kimchi ve Mandu gibi yemekler Kore’nin kültürel içerikleri arasında yer alıyor.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Hilton Oteli Genel Müdürü Cemal Hoşgül ise, “Ankara’da Kore yemeklerine olan talebin arttığını biliyoruz. Koreli şefleri ağırlamaktan ve Ankaralılara Kore mutfağının en özgün tatlarını sunmaktan büyük bir onur duyuyoruz.” dedi.

6-9 Kasım tarihleri arası, her akşam saat 18.30-22.30 arasında açık büfe olarak düzenlenen gastronomi etkinliğinde, geleneksel Kore lezzetleri ile Kore’ye özgü baharat ve malzemeler birlikte sunulacak.

Korean Chefs Yumin Jang and Gayoung Hyun have arrived in Ankara for the Korea Food Week, which will be held from November 6 to 9. The chefs will introduce over 40 delicious dishes to the capital’s residents, including Kimchi, Janchiguksu, Galbijim, Japchae, and Tteokbokki.

Before the Korea Food Week organized by the Korean Cultural Center, an event was held at the Ankara Hilton Hotel where the Korean chefs introduced Korean cuisine. The event aimed to promote and showcase traditional Korean flavors.

In his speech at the promotional event, Seung-cheol Jeon, the Director-General of the Korean Cultural Center, stated, “Like many other aspects of Korean culture, Korean cuisine has become a global trend, especially in Turkiye. Korean cuisine is not just about traditional dishes; it is also a cultural experience. Dishes that have gained popularity in the media, such as Jjapaguri, Korean-style chicken, spicy ramen, Kimchi, and Mandu, are part of Korea’s cultural heritage.”

Cemal Hoşgül, the General Manager of Hilton Hotel, also commented, “We know that the demand for Korean food in Ankara has been growing. It is a great honor for us to host Korean chefs and offer the most authentic tastes of Korean cuisine to the people of Ankara.”

The gastronomic event, organized as a buffet from 18:30 to 22:30 each evening between November 6-9, will feature traditional Korean flavors combined with unique Korean spices and ingredients.
